Full-on Fashion Stalking

Despite my suitcase weighing that of a sumo wrestler, I have no idea what on earth I actually stuffed it with as I seem to have nothing particularly of use of worthy of Paris Fashion Week at all! 

Another day of Paris Fashion Week (and Fashion stalking!), starting at the Westin Hotel near the Louvre for the Tsumori Chisato fashion show. Very slow to start, but once I realised I could go inside the hotel, getting photo oppotunities seemed a lot easier! The events today (all around Paris) seemed packed with Daddy's Little Girls, primped head-to-toe in Chanel, Gucci, D&G and Dior clothes. There were more confused tourists around today - with it being a Saturday ('haven't you heard? It's Paris Fashion Week!!!') so any innocent traveller staying at the Westin Hotel may have been rather surprised at paparazzi taking an interest in them at their suitcase! (If you can afford to stay at Hotel Westin, you can afford to travel in Balmain and Louboutins!)

More eligible Lady Gaga's today - from shoes out of music videos Alexander McQueen and heels-but-without-the-heel shoes sported in the past by Gaga herself. Jimmy Choo wellies also made an appearance, yet more Pradas and of course, the LovelyLouboutins! (Though I still haven't seen similar ones to mine...)

The Viktor & Rolf show was at the Jardin des Tuileries - same place as Dior yesterday, but a LOT calmer! Fashionistas still by the hordes however, and a surprising amount of boys (aged between 17-24)  wearing huge wedges and with handbags! 

Lots more 'Gaga-too-far's' today, this time with pink eyebrows, blue harems with testicle shaped pieces poking out on the inner leg and the most horrendous outfit award goes to a short old lady with a huge oversized leopard print coat, zebra print leggings and zebra print wellies, and a sparkly umbrella, a yellow hat, and pink/silver hair. It was SHOCKING, but she got a lot of attention from it (for a 'What were you thinking???' page or 'What NOT to wear', perhaps?!) Might I also add, that the people with blue eyebrows yesterday and pink today were all BOYS. 

More rich girls, heiresses and GODDAMN LUCKY girls. I started madly chasing after a girl wearing this season's CHANEL yetti boots like some crazed werewolf, but fortunately, so did everyone else so she soon stopped so we could all get (a million) photos! A good day though, although my feet started hurting by late afternoon (of course I was wearing heels!!!) so I slowly hobbled back to the metro and slipped back into my ankle boots when no one was looking!
