1. DOMESTOS. That astringent smell of bleach as you pour it down your shower drain or toilet, knowing that a miracle will happen in less than 5 minutes as it turns crap into a shiny porcelain bowl! (Quite literally...) It removes ANYTHING.
2. My purple duvet. My Tempur Mattress. The feel of CARPET under my feet. The smell of my fabric softener.
3. Henry the Hoover. I knew I'd miss him! The friendly, loyal, always-smiling hoover who follows you around dutifully, clearing up after you. And all those end pieces to choose from! Perfect for removing spiders. AND ANYTHING else really.
4. My car. Despite it's faults - a VERY questionable handbrake, permanent flat tyre, and dodgy clutch, it's small, zappy and speedy! And I'm actually confident in parking it. The Scenic is like wearing a fat suit - completely un-used to suddenly having a huge derriere!
5. My bathroom. Clean. White. Shiny taps. Fresh, colour-coordinated towels. I WOULD miss my Palmolive Almond Milk hand soap, but I was clever enough to pack a travel pot of it. (Taking lessons from Granny!)
6. Ma petite chien. Elle est trop mignonne!
